At Karaters, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Request
Log into your Karaters account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailing bag.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label from your email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your tracking number to monitor your refund status.
